If there's one thing I've learned from over a decade of solving riddles and logic puzzles, it's that while there is no set formula that will solve every problem, there are optimal, efficient approaches you can take to get started. Every problem has a solution, sometimes hidden in plain sight, sometimes obscured, but if you know what to look for and how to look for it, you're already on your way.As a student I attended Washington University in St. Louis where I received my M.S. in Data Analytics and Statistics with a B.S. in Systems Science and Engineering. Currently, I am working as a Decision Analytics Consultant with ZS Associates in Chicago. I'm happy with almost any task involving data analysis, but I have a particular fondness for optimization of internal structure. The front line is crucial for any organization to bring in revenue, but if the core structure/processes are weak, the organization is unable to reach its full potential.My previous work experiences include new hire onboarding process flow documentation, contractor talent pipeline management, marketplace product performance analytics, content management system research, and various other analysis/optimization tasks. I've worked with multiple managers and directors across various corporate functions, and have gone from knowing next to nothing about a department to rewriting its team charter. I have a passion to analyze and solve, and always give 100% when it comes to the things I enjoy.
