Managing and Co-ordination of agency resources; developing strategies; analysing solutions and ultimately delivering projects on time and to budget. Liaising with all teams and working with high profile businesses, and involved first hand in building campaign work including Digital Banners, Email, Search, Social and Digital Advertising applications.

Responsible for the content management and development for 6 of R3's major brands, Forces Financial, Banner Group, Professional Fitness, Harrison Beaumont, Benefits4u and Harmans Police. Managing these websites and developing effective PPC strategies.

Main responsibility is looking after the AXA solutions website (click here to view), whether this be content management, designing and creating new pages and ideas for the site to help boost the customer journey and increase revenue. Currently working closely with an agency to develop the SEO strategy for the site and implement new trade based pages. A main achievement over the last year was the design and implementation of a field force booking area on the site, enabling the customer to request a visit from one of the field sales team using a post code look up system to ascertain the closest agent to them and then emailing the customer’s details to that agent. I have also been involved in the design of an email campaign and an internal blogging area to be used by staff and agencies. Looking at alternative advertising opportunities and reporting these to management with relevant reports backing up suggestions and detailing projected ROI.

Day to day management of the bar, cleaning and checking stock so the bar is ready for the evenings. Cleaning rotas and stock lists had to be completed every day as did staff rotas and time sheets. I also had to cash up the tills every evening making sure there were no discrepancies with the takings. Management of up to 6 staff at the weekends including door staff. This role taught me a lot when dealing with the general public and helped me learn how to deal with stressful situations.
