• Managed Company Systems – Managed Computers and POS Equipment across six stores and Corporate Office. Worked with a Third-Party Company that managed the company’s Network and worked with a Managed Services Company that hosted the Epicor BisTrack Business Management Software. As issues occurred in the company, I worked to resolve them and if I was not able to resolve the issue, I would create tickets with the different companies, supplying pertinent information about the issue, and collaborated with them until the issue was resolved.• Provided Business Intelligence Data – The Epicor BisTrack Software was built on top of a Data Warehouse. From the Data Warehouse and Great Plains Data, I was able to provide Reports, Dashboards, Smart Views and Raw Data, related to different aspects across the entire company: Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Credit Notes, Purchase Orders, Stock Receipts, Supplier Invoices, Supplier Returns, Inventory, Deliveries and GPS-Related data.

• Developed C# ASP.NET MVC Web Pages – The Web Applications created and maintained at Pilot are for internal and external clients involved in the insurance industry. Web Pages include the following Technologies: SQL Server, Entity Framework, Dapper, Razor, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC.

• Developed VB.NET Web Form Pages for the TDS (Technology Distribution Solutions) Portal – The TDS Portal is a Suite of Web Pages providing access to many tools and datasets from a single login. Based the user’s login privileges, the user is presented with a landing page showing user specific data and a dynamic menu and sub-menu system for navigation. All Web Pages were developed using techniques and principals based on SOA (Service Orientated Architecture), and were designed to be interactive and transactional. Web Pages included the following Technologies: SQL Server, WCF, ASPX Pages, AJAX Toolkit, JavaScript and jQuery.

• Administrator of Aspect IVR (Interactive Voice Response) System – The Aspect IVRconsists of two Production Systems and one Lab System. Each production system has twoTelephony Servers (Win 2003) and two Application Servers (Solaris 10) that hosts inbound and outbound applications, running on the Aspect Customer Self-Service Platform (CSS 7.2 SP2) . The Aspect IVR interacts with ODBC connections and 3270 Emulation sessions. Responsible for maintaining existing IVR applications and creating new IVR applications.• Administrator of Nortel PBX (Private Branch Exchange) System – The Nortel PBXhandles digital and analog phones, plus interacts with an Aspect ACD (Automatic CallDistributor) System and Meridian Mail Voice System. Responsible for executing Adds, Changes and Deletes for digital phones, and adding NPA and NXX entries for calling.

• Development Manager for the Agent Time Consolidation Project – Designed andcreated a Database Process that gathered Agent Time Data from Aspect and Genesys Systemsthen consolidated it into SQL Server databases.• Development Manager for the Sales Retention Application – Designed and created aWindows Desktop application for our Sales Retention Department that interfaced with Genesys Outbound Platform and AS/400 Main Frame. The Application extracted the Customer’s Account Number from the Genesys data and manipulated the Main Frame screen to display the customer’s subscriber information so the Agent could make informed Sales Retention calls.• Development Manager for the Sales Upload Application – Designed and created aWindows Desktop application that took Daily Sales from a Database, and automatically uploaded the sales against an AS/400 Main Frame. The Application also kept track of each sale’s lifecycle: Uploaded by Application, Accepted by Main Frame, Rejected by Main Frame, Fixed by Client Services.
