- Label Assistant working directly with the EU Label Manager.- Reporting complex weekly sales reports and data.- Compiling and submitting required metadata, files and artwork for correct initiation of new releases.- Creating marketing plans carefully designed towards specific artist releases.- Organising artist schedules, & liaising closely with artists on this.- Managing the budgeting, accounting and promotion of the Fearless Records label stall at numerous festivals in both the UK & mainland Europe.- Liaising closely with our merchandise partner on pre-order bundles, designs & quantities.- Day-to-day management and operations of social media channels for both the label and various artists.- Submitting grant applications and feature requests on behalf of artists.- Compiling and organising press requests and conveying to artists & management. - Accompanying artists during press commitments, whilst adhering to tight schedules.- Attending music industry seminars & events, building upon my knowledge of different areas of the industry.
