I started my career as an Email Support Officer for an e-Commerce's Customer Service Department and now serve as a Fraud Analyst/Risk Operations Analyst for an American-based neobank. My passion for analyzing little details roots back to my pre-professional days. I have always been curious, and my curiosities about things led me to take up Communication Research at university.Having had experiences in research, email and chat support, and bank fraud analysis, I believe these aspects would collaboratively contribute to the company's vision while strengthening my personal growth. My passion for investigations and optimizing my acquired knowledge are my best forces to reciprocate the company's trust.
