As a result the direction of size and shape of the portfolio was set whilst growth initiatives at the tactical level were supported.• Circulated the strategic plan to key stakeholders to gather their input and influence engagement in the staged development which enabled the development of a final version of the plan including implementation delivery to be presented to the Corporate Steering Group. • Drove the consolidation of assets / Property Portfolio over a 3 year period saving the business £2.2m, which was a significant contribution towards an overall saving. By gaining an understanding of Key stakeholders divisional priorities through a series of meetings facilitated the creation of a specific project plan. • Over a 2 year period achieved significant cost savings by adopting a continuous improvement strategy. As part of the vendor/supplier relationship defined communication to improve service which delivered further savings and innovations.
