· Client-oriented Software Test Analyst with more than 12 years' experience in manual/functional and automation testing (i.e., proof of concept on the applicability of available test automation tools to functionalities under test) across various software development models· Avid proponent of fostering collaboration with relevant project stakeholders (e.g., Developers, BAs, etc.) by initiating knowledge transfers, both as a facilitator and audience, which enable meeting pre-determined milestones· Proven history of initiating process improvements, early detection of defects and applying a risk-based approach in ensuring delivery of high-quality deliverables within agreed upon scope· Firm believer of employing consensus building in coming up with decisions that will have an impact on any undertaking, especially project-related, done within the organization· Able to leverage excellent communication skills when relaying the testing team’s concerns (e.g., need for additional resources and/or time to be able to meet the initially set deadline) especially to relevant stakeholders which are situated on different locations
