- Supporting one of the largest SAP Global Templates covering 5000 user’s in 18 countries across Europe and Asia Pacific- Ongoing responsibility to maintain and control PEGASUS FICO Global template to ensure compliance in solutions and localization done during rollouts- Ongoing template enhancement to ensure business continuity and process improvement- Development of system enhancement / workaround to ensure accuracy in Global reporting and processes- Designing solutions to cater to new requirements while still adhering to Global template design and business processes- Alternative (After SAP Senior Manager, Financials) for communication on FICO related items and solutions- Leading and developing a team of up to 6 team members (internal and external), ensuring professional people development, staff retention and knowledge management- Manage team resource with appropriate alignment of specialist and skills against requirements and projects in order to ensure the day-to-day support operations run efficiently and smoothly- Monitor and review deliverables in order to ensure quality deliverables to users and adherence of deliverables to the Global Template- Establish professional change control on configurations, enhancements and programs in compliance to defined policies and procedures- Ensure alignment to Global Templates requirements- Monitor and review audit compliance (ICS, GAMP, GRC). Working and communicating with internal audit and external audit.- Motivate staff to achieve the highest quality of professional, train & develop, constant communications with team members and provide positive advice, leading the team to a higher level of service professionalism- Routine SR, IR and CR processing (e.g. ABAP changes, Configuration changes, Bank interface).- All maintenance and support activities (e.g. archiving, disaster recovery, system maintenance, interface)- Participated in various projects such as rollouts, review's, and upgrades relating to SAP
