I'm following all different developments on software's design department. I've been working with them for different client's office in Belgium :Following mission's order, I've been drawing for "CRM systems" (pharmaceutical furniture and clean HVAC development), "EMI, Euremi" (Agro-food engineering office), "Ferrari" (supplier in industrial food-safe and pharma tanks) and finally at "CBV" (Belgian company in industrial fan design).I've been mainly for all those missions working in small steel structures and metal sheet assembly.My responsibilities as a technical drawer :- After first contact with client and project requests, I create a draft based on the site's measurements and collected data about product functionalities and dimensions.- With this data, I design a first issue 3D model on Solidworks or Autocad. At the same time, I study feasibility in workshop exchanging with workers and engineers to ensure the project's reliability.- I prepare labeled and dimensioned layouts for client review join to 3D presentation.- I update 3D and layout with client remarks.- Once client approval, I begin fabrication drawings and quickly define material quantity to order. - To give instructions about project design I create a detailed layout, assembly and split layout from 3D model. Cutting lists is quickly sent to the workshop to gain time before pre-welding and final assembly.- When the project is mounted in the workshop I make with the engineer /design manager some final check-ups and adjustments before product delivery on-site to the client.
