Bridge Consulting acts as advisor for companies in the course of their tactical and strategic development.Bridge Consulting practice covers Management Consulting, HR Consulting and recruitment, helping BC clients to build up top level executive teams, in particular in the compliance, legal, tax and finance field in all industry sectors.

Joined the Glem group (7 subsidiaries, including one in the UK) in the midst of an economic and organizational transformation, reporting to E.Mougeotte and G. Louvin, as well as to J.P. Morel, DG Finance of the TF1 group; in charge of the integration of Quai Sud Télévision (Julien Coubet) recently acquired, notably in terms of management, and of all aspects of the management of the Glem group and its subsidiaries until the departure of its founder.

Member of the Executive Committee, reporting to F. Larue, Chairman of the Board of Directors; supervised the restructuring and strategic redevelopment of DI Group, enabling the group to go from €60M in sales and €7. 5M of losses in 1998 to 167M€ of turnover and 15M€ of EBIT at the end of 2001; in charge of strategic development (creation of DI Régie and DI services) and M&A (acquisition of Radio Classique, Jazzman, Le Monde de la Musique, Groupe SID/Salon des Entrepreneurs, Défis... ), Investments (Yacast Holdings Ltd), Disposals (sale of Victoire Multimédia Group to Télcom Italia) and equity engineering, Managing Director or NED of subsidiaries and shareholdings (press, radio, Internet and Minitel, trade shows, VOD...); adviser to the group's management and chief internal and external negotiator, as well as responsible for international operations.

In charge of setting up all organizational and corporate aspects of a new business unit at Gaumont with three business lines : (i) animated TV series production, (ii) video games production and multimedia, and (iii) licensing/merchandising; reporting to the President of Gaumont Multimedia as well as to the Group's General Secretary, developed business plans, budgets and three-year plans, monitored results and controlling, with the company reaching break-even by the end of year 2, with approximately 13 million Euros in revenues in 1998 (20% in licensing revenues and 2/3 internationally).
