My second role within French Gendarmerie National Forensic Laboratory was to lead a team of 9 experts to extract data from encrypted systems. I succeeded to:> finish building the team by hiring 3 high skilled experts> lead an EU call for a 7M€ project funding and completed an EU project for 0.5M€> developed a work environment for classified projects> lead a major operation on a criminal cloud communication system> developed world first capabilities on secure phone data extraction> organised hackathons with experts from around the world to tackle specific problems

My role was to conduct forensic examination on any digital device. I specialised in data extraction from protected and encrypted systems. To achieve that, I:> researched and monitored vulnerabilities in low-level firmwares > hacked chips and motherboards> hacked OSes and filesystems to decrypt data> developed world first extraction methods> became a registered expert witness in 2016> conducted around 60 high-level examinations per year

I worked as IT consultant at mc²i. I was assisting the group BNP Paribas building a HR datawarehouse. I was a main actor of functional analysis and tests.The datawarehouse gets the data from PeopleSoft and retreive agreggates as well as detailed information through BusinessObjects XI.

I was hired with one of my colleague for a 4 months internship. We were in charge of the creation of an intranet portal. We had the responsability of the whole project. We had to define the needs of users, write requirements and realize the portal. We used J2EE, PHP, LDAP, MySQL as principal technologies. We had also regular meetings with chiefs to present what we were doing. This work introduced me responsabilities and self-organization.

This internship in the french military police was about management control. I was in charge of the creation of a dashboard for the chief. I also had to create an intranet application to help highway units to keep informations and access fastly to their contacts or data. I used mostly PHP, MySQL, and OpenOffice. I also needed management control skills.
