I maintain the UKAS ISO17025 accreditation for the acquisition of digital media covering methods including EnCase Acquisition, FTK and CAINE. I have undertaken work towards extending this accreditation to include new methods.I maintain a network of Windows devices and various servers, including a hyper-v cluster and a Dell EMC SAN.

I have worked with a variety of different software such as EnCase, X-Ways, Axiom and UFED to perform examinations on numerous cases including Child Sexual Abuse, Murder, Fraud and Drug Supply. Cases involved working with a multitude of devices including phones, wearable smart tech, computers, laptops and games consoles.

North Wales

An extremely varied role which included acquiring data from a variety of media devices in forensic manner. Whilst undertaking this role I developed a basic automation software in vb.net to automate a number of different processes including the acquisition of hard drives and verification of write blocking. This tool later became the main ISO17025 accredited.
