My master thesis at the Erasmus University Rotterdam is conducted in collaboration with Ortec Finance. The research concerned itself with the price effects of climate risks on real estate valuation, which I performed in the Real Estate Valuation team. The master thesis was awarded with an 8.5.

Next to my thesis internship I also worked part-time at the Insurance Strategies team of Ortec Finance.

As a consultant, I offered guidance to large public clients with audits, evaluations, and technical advice. Notable projects I contributed to include providing technical advice on the design philosophy for the impact of wave loads on bridges, conducting an audit on the investment strategy for a drinking water company, and assessing the crosswind safety on.

My master thesis at the TU Delft is conducted in collaboration with HKV Lijn in Water. The research concerned itself with the quantification of risk preferences in Flood Risk management and the subsequent use of these preferences in a re-evaluation of the existing flood safety standards in the Netherlands.
