Developed and designed a web application to help program managers explore technologies given certain site conditions. Prototyped the design and worked as the sole developer to produce an interactive and responsive JavaScript application utilizing AngularJS and D3 for data visualization. Project included complete development cycle and deployment to the browser as well as a standalone, desktop application for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Designed AFCEC Environmental Remediation Technology info-graphics for AFCEC Public Affairs (PA) to convey their “green” technologies to the public. The info-graphics were part of a PA campaign to inform the general public about these technologies and emphasize environmentally friendly mechanisms in place by the Air Force. The complex technologies were made to be palatable for the general public, setting the comprehension of these info-graphics at an eighth grade level. Each of the info-graphics were vetted by SMEs to ensure accuracy and completeness. Designed and produced the interactive AFCEC 2014 Capabilities Directory. Assessed data and qualitative information for seven AFCEC directorates in order to graphically convey their technical capabilities and match those capabilities with goals from AFCEC’s strategic plan to show progress. Led the task for this deliverable that re-scoped AFCEC's traditional Annual Report production by serving as an online informational resource and marketing product. Through several client meetings, helped AFCEC make the transition into online, interactive content. The client referred to the Capabilities Directory as a “high-quality product.”

Instructed a class of 20 Chinese students and assisted with English/Chinese written and verbal communication. Assisted students in understanding difficult philosophical concepts, coordinating group-led work, and mediating information between teachers and students. We discussed the ways in which Sino-American dialogue, under the umbrella of Postmodern Development, could help provide solutions for education, technology, and the environment. Developed a web-based forum to facilitate discussion in the classroom with YouTube videos to supplement lectures.

Using Microsoft Access, I created a database for the Conway City Planning Department documenting new and old development projects in the city. It was my responsibility to digitize years worth of data. I subsequently linked the database entries to GIS (Geographic Information Systems) using ArcGIS in order to represent these developments visually and create a high-quality database.

I contributed to a dynamic, group project that digitally targeted unused cable lines for a communications marketing company. We worked in an enterprise setting, independently allocating work to maximize productivity and ensure a timely completion of the task. I received on-the-job training utilizing the company's proprietary software.
