Interim Head of Category Management in Scandlines Retail division. Responsible for 100 Million EUR purchase annually and sales across 6 ferries and 2 bordershops in northern Germany. Scandlines Retail category management is a performance driven organisation consisting of 5 specialized category managers as well as 5 category support assistants.
