About Mattias Kitsing
I’m a systems engineer at Milrem with an engineering and project management background. I hold a Master’s degree in Mechatronics from TalTech (Tallinn University of Technology).In addition to my work as an engineer, I am also interested in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). My Master’s thesis focused on MBSE and how it can help improve change management during the life cycle. I am also part of Milrem’s MBSE workgroup that focuses on implementing models and creating best practices for the company.I am passionate about developing complex products that can make a difference in people’s lives. My experience in mechatronics has given me a unique perspective on how to approach complex problems and find innovative solutions with systems engineering tools.
