Led internal processes of ideation, creative conceptualization and program development to engineer integrated marketing solutions for new and existing clients. Managed a team of four to advance qualified business leads from RFP through to pitch completion via a collaborative workflow process that extended from strategy development and creative ideation through to execution plan and budget. Led brainstorming sessions to drive creative concepts and ideas and served as a liaison between all internal functions, including sales, creative, consumer insights and account management. Consistently collaborated with senior management team to develop internal sales strategies and market new agency services. Additionally, I oversaw all agency marketing initiatives including press outreach, content development, award submissions and management of all memberships/partnerships. Within the role I also spearheaded a comprehensive internal rebranding (logo, website, capabilities deck, etc.) for the agency.
