We grew to become the industry leader.- Designed, built and scaled the marketing organization from early stage through $1b+ valuation. - Our customer accounts grew from dozens to 1000s, expanded nationally, and we went upmarket from SMB to Enterprise.- Led 10+ functions including Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Field & Events, Content, Customer Marketing, PR & Communications, Partner Programs, Talent Brand, and Marketing Operations.- Consistently grew marketing-sourced revenue through ABX and a comprehensive integrated marketing program. Along with our digital channels, our (up to) 150 regional events annually was a key driver to hit sales targets. We also created the brand defining Future of Real Estate Summit (FORES). After inception, the cornerstone FORES event grew >200% YoY generating millions in new & expansion pipeline as well as 280% increase in sponsor sales.- Expanded Qualia’s positioning. Started by offering a single product to SMBs. Grew to a multi-product enterprise closing platform. 1000s of real estate and mortgage firms rely on Qualia to close millions of transactions each year.- Proven expertise in leading within matrixed organizations bringing complex & highly regulated products to market. Implemented OKRs, reporting, compliance, and communications frameworks to accelerate scaling.- Garnered industry acclaim. Campaigns led to 100s of press mentions as well as Qualia's recognition in listings such as Fast Company's Next Big Thing in Tech, CB Insights' Fintech 250, Forbes' Best Startup Employers, and Wealthfront's Career Launching Companies.- Hired and coached a full stack marketing team. Designed the career leveling, budget, and performance evaluation frameworks.- Worked with the rest of the executive team to establish the company’s first ERGs and served as Executive Sponsor of Qualia Cares.
