As a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) licensed with Professional Engineers Ontario, I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science Honours Civil Engineering degree from the University of Windsor. My current role as Acting Development Engineering Lead at the City of Vaughan involves reviewing, commenting on, and recommending the approval of engineering designs, as well as verifying that designs comply with municipal engineering standards, policies, and procedures. I also prepare and negotiate development and subdivision servicing agreements and compile conditions and requirements from various departments and agencies.In addition to my reviewing experience, I have also completed detailed civil engineering designs and prepared Functional Servicing & Stormwater Management Reports. This involved completing specific calculations for stormwater, water demand, and sanitary design, as well as designing proposed conditions for runoff water quantity, water balance, water quality, sanitary flows, and water demand to meet conservation authority and municipal design guidelines.Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in coordinating construction projects, conducting inspections for compliance with stamped engineering drawings, and tracking and estimating quantities.I am Ontario Building Code qualified under the following categories: General Legal/Process; House; Small Buildings; Large Buildings; Plumbing - House; Plumbing - All Buildings; HVAC - House and Building Services.
