I also contributed to the developing agenda of the PepsiCo Future Brands and Incubator programmes during that time.I followed this by becoming a Product Development Graduate at Bakkavor Group - gaining experience and customer focus across Meals, Desserts and Salad sectors for M&S, Pizza Express, Tesco, Sainsbury's and WaitroseCurrently, I am a Product Developer at Greencore based out of the Food for Now sites at Manton Wood, Atherstone, Boston and LondonI pride myself in my confidence and resilience in both my career and my volunteering, finding the best solutions to complex issues; skills I am continuously developing within my early career in the Food Industry.I am values-driven leader and organiser with adaptability to collaborate with both adults in my professional life, as well as young people, during my spare time as a Volunteer with The Scouts, where I have held various leader, manager and consultant positions across the UK and Europe and have managed successful events. Most recently, I have been UK Adviser for Global Programme within the Programme Delivery Team of The Scouts and am currently a local Training Advisor, both delivering training and providing support to adult volunteers in North Derbyshire who volunteer with the charity.
