I am a Business Administration Major at University of Loyola Maryland, with a focus in Information Systems and Finance. I decided to major in these two fields because I feel they are both crucial in today’s age. I have always loved computer programming, and Information Systems allows me to learn even more in the subject. This being said, I have also been fond of the financial industry. Ever since I was in grade school, I have been studying under the wing of my dad, who owns his own business dealing in comic book art. He takes me to conventions to negotiate prices with potential customers, and this has encouraged me to learn more about how to manage money and invest it further. Academically, I have achieved the Dean’s List each of the past 4 semesters, with my GPA improving every semester since my freshman year. Also, I received the SAS Business Intelligence Certificate for the grades I received in my Information Systems classes. It has always been a goal of mine to improve at the tasks in front of me, and I have constantly been strengthening my work ethic in recent years.
