I was the primary resource for administering the CyberArk Password Vault environment, which is a critical application to PHH. I handled all aspects of Password Vault from Vault administration, adding service accounts, creating policies, working with the app development teams to get their code to retrieve passwords from the vault, and installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the Password Vault .api. I also supported other security focused applications, such as NetIQ DRA, Centrify, RSA SecureID, RSA Certificate Manager, SEP Anti-virus and desktop encryption.
