In addition I trained and developed the multinational staff supporting the IBM account with my knowledge of the systems at PHH, as well as my overall knowledge in supporting Windows, and VMware. In addition, I continued to manage the applications and systems I managed in my role as an Information Security Analyst for PHH, primarly Password Vault and Centrify.After about a year, I moved into the role of RFS projects, where I support contracted projects from scoping to implementation. In addition, I supervise a small team of project resources on server builds and decommissions and created and maintain the documentation for these functions. • Met PHH’s security compliance requirements by developing, planning, and scheduling comprehensive patch deployment for all Windows, UNIX, and Linux servers at Sparks Data Center.• Facilitated modernization of client’s workstations to 64-bit Windows 7 platform without user impact by planning, evaluating, testing, and implementing 64-bit print drivers to print server environment.• Assisted PHH in achieving best employee confidentiality practices by implementing new Xerox scanning solution, ensuring HR department securely storing personnel information electronically. I was the primary resource for administering the CyberArk Password Vault environment, which is a critical application to PHH. I handled all aspects of Password Vault from Vault administration, adding service accounts, creating policies, working with the app development teams to get their code to retrieve passwords from the vault, and installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the Password Vault .api. I also supported other security focused applications, such as NetIQ DRA, Centrify, RSA SecureID, RSA Certificate Manager, SEP Anti-virus and desktop encryption.
