North West

As a secondary role to the Head of Research, I was responsible for the infrastructure and operating procedures of The Wildes Group, continually striving for exceptional service whilst ensuring and maintaining focus, efficiency, growth and commercial viability of existing functions and new ventures.

Responsibility for Senior and Executive level search and selection covering the NW Accountancy and Finance arena as well as holding full responsibility for all group and in-house recruitment.

Providing senior/ executive level candidates within the Product, Project and Marketing arenas.

Following an MBO, AJ Moore became AJ Recruitment and I continued to recruit Accountants into businesses across the North West.
