• Led teams in the KL office ranging from 7 to over 30 artists on various Hollywoodproductions including Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters, Chronicle and Alvin and theChipmunks: Chipwrecked.• Led a newly set up tracking team of 5 artists in R&H Vancouver, Canada on the showSnow White and the Huntsman for 2 months. Responsible for training and guiding thenew TDs that were hired from other companies in the R&H pipeline and methodology aswell as ensuring quality control.• Trained and was the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for a group of 16 fresh apprenticesthat had joined an apprenticeship program for tracking. Was responsible for guiding themthrough the necessary training and tutorials required to join R&H as a matchmover.• Worked as a Matchmove TD on various other productions including RIPD, X-Men: FirstClass, Hop, Yogi Bear and Marmaduke.• Updated and contributed to the internal wiki page for the tracking department.
