I manage the Human Resources function and oversight responsibilities for the North America Region and the Great Plains, Midwest and Caribbean divisions (14 states, 7 countries ~ 900 staff) of The Nature Conservancy, the largest environmental organization in the world. Through building strategic business partnerships with TNC management at the global, regional, functional and/or business unit level, I am responsible for implementing HR strategies to ensure effective recruitment, development and retention of a diverse staff population in support of the organization’s mission and business objectives. This requires expert knowledge and experience in all facets of Human Resources management within a global, decentralized and geographically dispersed enterprise.

I managed the overall business and sales operations of a 68,000 sq. ft. “big box” sporting goods and lifestyle retailer with an annual operating budget of $1.9M and sales plan of over $20M.
