My expertise is in group process facilitation, leadership and senior team development, coaching, interest-based negotiation/problem-solving, business and financial education, continuous improvement and labor-management collaboration.In the past two decades I have worked with organizations in manufacturing, construction and engineering, services, finance, technology, healthcare & social services, distribution & logistics and advocacy.I began my career in Bologna (Italy) where I earned a Masters in Cooperative Economics from the University of Bologna. There I also worked as a researcher for the Institute for Labour, studying innovation and participation in small- and medium-enterprises. I was the founding executive director of Chicago Tech Academy, an innovative, start-up high school focused on expanding opportunities in technology for underserved youth. Some of my most rewarding projects include:Co-design/delivery of “Think Like an Owner” training program for new employee-owners; development of Continuous Improvement practice area; support for labor-management collaboration in renewal of N.
