Successfully simplified previously complicated and error prone paper-based process.- Developed State of Alaska Telecommunication System (SATS) iPad application, allowing state telecommunication technicians to monitor and manage dozens of remote telecommunication stations, many in disconnected and highly inaccessible areas.

- Built and launched SIMPLE SharePoint system for managing simplification ideas submitted by Alyeska Pipeline Service Company employees. First approved idea saved corporation $100k and completely recouped development costs.- Designed and implemented Shareholder Records Management System (SRMS), used by multiple Alaskan Native corporations for managing shareholder data, dividend runs, and shareholder voting.- Managed team of eight Software Engineers responsible for operational maintenance and enhancements of Alyeska Pipeline Service Company business applications.
