The refinery currently has 137 tanks of various different types from atmospheric tanks to pressurized spheres the repair program is a 15 year rolling program which has to be planned and executed accurately due to tank outages and budget restrictions.• Produce reports for the above plans Resource loading histograms, forecasting, S-Curves and working with external engineering firms to ensure that all the plans work together.• Developing and maintaining individual project reports giving other project engineers and TSD Projects Manager information on the deliverables and progress of on going projects• Track cost on the current live CAPEX projects• Compile the desired level of estimate and work through the estimate assurance on external estimates by EPC companies.

During my time at Insight I worked in a number of roles. I initially started as a proof-reader then moved into the role of R&D Designer for several months, before being given the opportunity to pursue a personal project with Rip Curl in Australia. On my return I had responsibility for the roles of both Studio Manager and R&D Designer.

This position involved managing a project with the second year Industrial Design Degree students alongside course tuition in AutoCAD and 3d CAD packages. The project was the design and development of a portable barbecue. (Due to the restrictions of my Visa whilst in Australia I was only able to work for three months at the University).
