A lover of sport, movement, health & fitness, and the co-founder of aps Coaching.I've been working in the world of health & fitness for well over a decade, both in the commercial gym setting and through running aps Coaching.The area I have the most experience and success working in is with people who are struggling to do the thing they love. They might be restricted due to pain or injury, the way their body performs or their general well being.My favourite areas to explore with people are movement, programming and Mental Performance.I am also a massive fan of sport and currently enjoy training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in which I'm currently a purple belt.
