Oversees all phases of mobile application and initiatives relating to assigned Vice Provost, Digital Education (VPDE), Mobile Division application training, vetting, and development missions. Determines causes of unfavorable trends and variations and directs corrective action within general policy and program guidance.Develops methods of using new mobile training and educational media in designing courseware and special materials in areas where new designs are needed due to emerging and changing technology.
