Matt is a Senior Manager in the Forensics practice. He has over 14 years of experience in legal operations, litigation technology, information governance, data privacy, cyber security, investigations, and complianceMatt has provided technical and strategic guidance to clients from a variety of diverse industry sectors including Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive and Financial Services. He has an array of different experiences on issues including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, intellectual property, marketing practices, employee misconduct and pricing disputes. Matt is proficient in many forms of forensic acquisition and has performed thousands of preservations and collections on various software and hardware platforms across the United States and internationally. Matt has participated in multiple Rule 26 conferences regarding data identification, preservation, processing and production formats. He is experienced in electronic discovery case management and ESI identification and has assisted in the development and implementation of evidence management methodologies. Matt was a contributing researcher to two articles published in FRAUD magazine regarding the fraud triangle and detecting fraud through email. He has spoken on numerous eDiscovery topics. He is also part of EY’s education team leading training events in the topics of computer forensics, electronic discovery, cybercrime, database analysis, and database management. In 2014 and 2015 he was recognized as a top tier instructor at EY. He is an EnCase certified examiner, and he holds a BBA from Texas A&M University.

I was loaned from EY to facilitate United Way Workforce campaigns throughout the Dallas Metro Area. I also helped coordinate the EY campaign. My responsibilities include conducting United Way presentations, campaign goal setting, tracking, and planning.
