I am a Vice President in the Machinery & Equipment service line at Kroll. I help provide tangible asset valuation advisory services for clients across all industries for various purposes including: ASC 805, ASC 360, fresh start accounting, and structured financing. My primary focus throughout my career has been the energy industry, within which I have worked on projects in the electric power generation, utilities, oil/gas, and renewables sectors. Other industries in which I have valuation experience include industrial/manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and entertainment.Prior to Kroll, I was a Manager at Alvarez & Marsal, performing cost segregation studies for renewable energy assets. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, I was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll) in the Machinery & Equipment service line, performing personal property valuations. As part of my academic background, I interned as a production engineer with Aera Energy (in Bakersfield) and Freeport-McMoRan (in Los Angeles), both exploration and production companies. Through both internships, I was exposed to daily oilfield operations and gained valuable knowledge about various oilfield equipment and processes. My academic background is in chemical engineering with a specialization in petroleum engineering. Throughout my career as a valuation professional, I have performed site inspections to many power plants, processing facilities, and manufacturing centers. Both my academic background and internship experiences have proved to be advantageous in my current position as a valuation professional as I have a level of familiarity with the assets and operations. I am open to new and potential opportunities that will allow me to build on my technical knowledge and skills as well as expand my project management skills. I welcome all discussions on my background and how they might translate to opportunities to work together.Outside of my professional career, I enjoy running, ballroom dancing, reading, solving the New York Times crossword, and learning new skills.
