Led complex change management projects related to reinsurance, underwriting operations and business divestitures. Responsible for leading client service activities across Asia, Europe and the United States. Managed global deliver team through pre and post crisis financial activities and challenges.

Led large multi-national project related to the US listing of global insurance and reinsurance organization. Projects consisted of assisting with accounting and reporting conversions, aligning closing and reporting activities and processes, Sarbanes-Oxley advisory assistance and SAP integration services. Responsibilities included managing program across several geographic regions including Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
