Matt has had a variety of career experiences spanning 20+ years within the contact center and customer engagement marketspace. In the early 2000s, he began as a telecom technician overseeing the implementation of skill-based routing across multiple sites and acted as an outsource vendor liaison, managing technical aspects of the offshore partnerships.He enjoyed a long tenure with Verint Systems (15+ years!). As a technical instructor, he had both deep & broad expertise across the entirety of the Verint platform, allowing him to easily transition into Presales, where he proved to be one of their most dynamic and engaging presenters. More recently, he managed all global aspects relating to product demonstrations. This included overseeing cloud and on-prem infrastructure to host live environments, converting go-to-market requirements into demo assets (live demos, demo-in-decks, videos, etc), and generally supporting solution consultants & partners with all their demo needs. He loves living in Atlanta with his husband, James, and his dog, Foster... but never misses an opportunity to hop on a flight (Delta, of course) and find adventure somewhere.Specialties: Technical training, application consulting, public speaking, technology demonstrations, presales, value selling, demo operations.
