Spatial Analytix, LLC (http://www.spatialanalytixllc.com) is focused on the development of geospatially enabled, accurate, orthorectified image products and terrain models collected by sUAVs and drones.

Served as primary geospatial systems architect for county geospatial data, hardware and software infrastructure. Successfully reorganized the GIS group for focus on data production and server based solution delivery. Provided key spatial data and technology support for use in upgrades to major county software systems.• Manage county enterprise GIS efforts from within the Department of Administration’s Division of Computer services. Services include data production, server landscape design and maintenance, end user software management and geospatial services contract management.• Directly supervise a staff of GIS Analysts in the ongoing maintenance of enterprise software, hardware, and core datasets. Provided guidance, training and expertise for analysts performing spatial analysis, web service and web viewer design and creation, field data collection and verification and hard and soft copy map production for internal and external customers.• Provide spatial data and technology to support to multiple county departments including Departments of Real Estate, Public Works, Emergency Services, Economic Development and others. The support ranges from database design and maintenance activities to assisting in requirements definition for large scale system procurements.• Key projects managed include: Allegheny County 911 Address Inventory project, PASDA Data Sharing, Allegheny Places Web Viewer, MS4 data collection, and Enterprise Address Management System implementation. Key projects with lead GIS systems architect role include: 911 Dispatch Software upgrade and CAMA system upgrade.

Founding staff member with expertise in the establishment of a geospatial infrastructure to assist technology transfer from NASA to state and local governments. Lead a key group of 14 state GIS coordinators to develop and manage grant programs to evaluate educational and technical programs to incorporate use of GIS and remote sensing in local government use cases.• Managed technical tasks and served as lead GIS analyst for more than 10 local, regional, state and federal government projects involving the use of GIS and Remote Sensing. • Designed, installed and maintained GIT infrastructure including hardware and software.• Technical lead on several national and international projects focused on using GIS and web-based 3-D geospatial visualization to aid in decision support.• Mentored and trained junior staff in basic and advanced GIS skills and best practices.

Provided GIS and geoscience expertise to the nascent environment group. Enhanced system engineering services by incorporating spatial data and technology concepts.• Served as lead GIT Engineer and junior Systems Engineer for a variety of systems engineering, radio communications engineering, telecommunications engineering, and network engineering projects for NYS agencies by providing technical expertise in GIS, GPS, RS, 802.11b wireless networks, and systems engineering.• Led several GIS data development efforts including on site GIS support at the World Trade Center Disaster, in support of New York State’s Office for Technology.

Gained real world problem solving experience and understanding of the complex interaction of hardware, software and data systems in earth science applications.• Worked as administrator for the NJ Tide Telemetry System and performed administration and maintenance of the USGS stream gage network in NJ.• Led a GIS effort to create a water quality focused GIS system for the Delaware and Raritan Canal.
