My journey then continued at FKM, where I rapidly ascended, gaining a Board position in 1988. Notably, in 1994, I orchestrated a management buy-out of FKM Engineering, reflecting my sharp business acumen and strategic vision.At the helm, I've played a pivotal role in steering The FKM Group's evolution from a modest building services contractor to a comprehensive facilities solutions company. As CEO, I emphasize nurturing foreign direct investment relationships and continuous strategic development.Yet, my passion truly comes alive in turnkey fit-out projects. The satisfaction of creating seamless, end-to-end solutions for our clients fuels my dedication. I'm committed to distinguishing our approach by delivering unmatched value and service.Outside the corporate sphere, my commitment extends to community welfare. I proudly serve as a Trustee for Positive Futures and have extended my support to the Temple Street Foundation for Children’s Hospital. Additionally, I've taken on a mentorship role for Score Beo, a pioneering GAA score app, showcasing my commitment to nurturing the next generation.Deeply rooted in the GAA community, I've maintained strong connections, including my former sponsorship of my native county, Monaghan.While professional pursuits have been significant, I am equally passionate about environmental responsibility.
