With a background in customer service, outside sales and training, I worked with 11 outstanding Customer Service Specialists to serve our customer base and sales team. Messenger is the largest and most respected manufacturer of funeral stationery in North America. With 100 years of quality products and great customer service, Messenger continues to push new and innovative products to the market.

Grabill is a full custom, high-end cabinet manufacturer and has approximately 170 dealers throughout the country along with two international dealers. My primary role at Grabill was to quote potential projects for these dealers and to develop pricing for full-custom finishes and cabinetry. Beyond my quoting responsibilities, I provided training for both office and factory employees as well as dealers on a new web-based quote and order system. Prior to the release of this website, I was responsible for testing the accuracy and functionality of this site.

My primary purpose was to shadow a business analyst throughout the design phase of a web-based project. My primary task was to establish UML documentation for the project. As a part of this task, I was to evaluate the Enterprise Architect software package, determine its value to the company, and establish a quick reference guide for future use by other analysts. I also attended meetings with the Board of Directors, actively participated in weekly analyst meetings, and made presentations to several senior executive managers concerning the work I had done.
