My passion isn't centered on titles or hierarchy - it's about driving meaningful impact, whether through leadership or technical contributions.In management roles, I collaborate closely with product teams and across the organization to set clear goals and direction. Depending on the needs and skill levels of my teams, I can provide deep technical guidance - through code reviews, technical advice, or active contributions - or alternatively, I offer the space and autonomy for team members to thrive independently. My focus is always on enabling teams to achieve outcome-driven success, fostering a product-focused mindset and ensuring that blockers are removed.As a people-oriented manager , I believe the best work is done when individuals have clear ownership and are empowered to make decisions. Trust, transparency, and autonomy are essential.At higher levels of leadership, my attention shifts toward optimizing the engineering organizational structure: ensuring teams are well-aligned, avoiding silos, and creating an environment where career growth is intentional and supported. I prioritize communication, team effectiveness, and goal-setting to ensure the entire organization is moving in the right direction.Despite my leadership roles, I remain hands-on with coding. Whether it’s to roll up my sleeves to help meet critical deadlines, experiment with new concepts, or simply stay sharp with the tech stack my teams are using. I maintain my technical edge to better lead the team and ensure we are aligned with best practices and optimal solutions.I am also a cyclist, life-long learner, an avid tinkerer, and a gamer who enjoys experimenting and exploring new ideas and challenges.
