About Matthew Walsh

I co-founded Talgo to teach high-performing leaders how to conduct effective job interviews. Before that, I founded an LSAT company (LSAT Cracked), spent 4 years leading teams at Palantir Technologies —across New York, London, and Singapore—and attended Harvard Law School. My sweet spot is the intersection of teaching and logic. Interviewing and hiring have long been in the HR shadow realm—simultaneously acknowledged as "our company's top priority" by CEOs and yet chronically underinvested in and under-taught.
