Pediatrix Medical Group (fka MEDNAX) is an American physician-led health solutions partner to hospitals and health systems all across the country. We operate through a network of more than 3,000 physicians in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, offering services spanning the women's and children's continuum of care.As a BD Analyst, my job is to give key decision makers greater comfort and certainty around critical growth initiatives, including Requests for Proposal (RFP), M&A, JV, and Direct Investment. It is a fast paced position where I've been fortunate to collaborate with and learn from some of the best and brightest on a nationwide scope. This includes physicians, medical directors, mid-level providers, RNs, hospital CEOs and CFOs, practice administrators, and countless other experts. Here's a little bit of what I've been up to:+ Career to date closed won pipeline of ~$36MM in ARR, with a fully ramped quarterly close of ~$5MM-$10MM.+ Conducted industry research and analysis to develop business cases and pro forma models for 200+ opportunities, ranging from $150k-$15MM in ARR and $15k-$2MM in annual EBITDA.+ Supported 4 Business Development VPs, 7 Market Presidents, and 25 Market Directors in pipeline management, evaluating commercial viability, and fostering collaboration for various growth opportunities in the healthcare industry.+ Streamlined deal approval process, reducing time-to-approval and pricing model iterations by 60%.+ Mentored and educated junior analysts on best practices, documentation, communication, and workload prioritization, fostering professional growth and development.+ Utilized CRM (Salesforce) to streamline opportunity management and enable seamless collaboration across sales and operational teams, ensuring accurate opportunity tracking to maintain an updated performance leaderboard.

+ Developed and maintained key relationships while covering a wide range of clients, including private-equity, private, and publicly owned entities, across various industry segments such as consumer-packaged goods, retail, general commercial & industrial, defense & aerospace, and energy services, with EBITDA ranging from $5MM-$200MM.+ Engaged with decision makers, including C-level executives and company owners, through live transaction experience, exhibiting a motivated and driven approach to achieving strategic objectives.+ Live transaction experience includes M&A financing, credit facility upsizings, restructuring, and syndications.
