I’m the Sales Manager for Martel Instruments, a Thermal printer manufacturer who provide customised printing solutions for a wide variety of markets. In the role I lead the company’s Sales and Marketing efforts in the UK and Europe. I manage the companies European distributors and all direct UK customers. I also oversee the Social Media marketing strategy. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with people from different markets.A really enjoyable recent project has been the enhancement of our on-line presence, which will culminated in the launch of our on-line store. However the part of the job I enjoy the most is the development and management of relationships with direct customers and distributors.When working on a new project my favourite stage is liaising with the client to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to come together and that’s always the fun part.I have a BA in Political Science from the University of Liverpool.I’m always interested to hear from old colleagues, friends or anybody who would like to connect.
