After helping to grow the Amsterdam Brewhouse from 12M to 18M in annual sales, was charged with the launch and growth of its second concept in Leaside, The Amsterdam Barrel House. Where another popular casual dining concept had failed in the same space, we were able to turn ABH into the busiest restaurant in the neighbourhood. Successfully survived the pandemic through tight controls and diversifying revenue streams, including the launch of takeout/delivery programs and overseeing the build and launch of the Amsterdam's event venue, the BrewHall. The brand attracted the attention of multi-national beverage company, Royal Unibrew, and has recently been acquired.

Reporting directly into the Director of Ops & responsible for the overall operation & financial top line drive of the business. Helped define action plans & marketing/ops strategy. Recognized as driving force for positive brand culture in one of the highest volume restaurants in the country.

Hired on to head up beverage services after Urban Dining Group partnered with Amsterdam Brewing Co on its flagship restaurant: the Amsterdam Brewhouse. Nearly 675k/week in sales during peak periods. Responsible for scheduling, hiring, training, managing inventory, sales projections, and coaching/mentoring team. Recognized as a key player in changing/improving culture and improving customer experience significantly.

General Manager running front & back of house for Gabby's Isabella; responsible for driving revenue and ensuring cost control in all areas of the restaurant, Also assigned as needed to step-in and manage other franchises and owner/operated locations, often to help improve operational practices through culture driven strategy.
