Due to his transactional experience and volume, Matt has participated as an industry expert in Commercial Real Estate Roundtables, and he was asked to provide his outlook on the Honolulu commercial real estate market as a main speaker at the 2018 Hawaii Real Estate Forecast. Matt was the youngest person ever in Hawaii to earn the distinctive Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and as an active real estate investor, he and his partners have completed over $50,000,000 in transactions as principals, which allows him to intimately understand the needs of his investor clients. Raised in Hawaii, Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in commercial real estate from Colorado State University’s Everitt Real Estate Center.
