The focus and results of the work was a measurable increase in productivity and quality, with enhanced tracking, data mining, and reporting capabilities. This also entailed extensive data migration, specialized CAD programs and add-ons to proprietary client systems, and the management of teams of up to 100 GIS technicians. During this period I simultaneously supported our internal needs, for example designing, developing, and implementing a helpdesk system that greatly improved response time and communications, a more appropriate use of internal resources, and cost-savings.As Senior Software Engineer & Software Engineering Manager (2007-2016) I managed a team of software developers, ensuring a very high degree of quality work, cost-efficiency, and on-time project completions.
