Responsible for providing leadership and oversight to YFC USA Risk Management, Legal, Human Resources, and Information Management functions. Focused on developing processes, programs, and systems to support growth while mitigating all types of risk to human, structural, and operational assets. Supervises and partners with internal and external resources to create and manage a comprehensive infrastructure that minimizes exposure to the organization, its 1,200+ employees, and both physical and fiscal assets. Aggressively manages budgets totaling $M+ to control expenses and maximize return on investment. Highly involved with risk/insurance/investment plans, corporate governance, legal issues, benefits administration, compliance, employment practices, and other areas. Manages a variety of high-profile programs and processes ensuring positioning for growth with an acceptable level of risk.

Aggregate and prioritize technical needs and counsel from diverse subject matter experts to movement leadership. Manage and supervise RM and Legal department employees/contractors through the lens of the organizational vision and direction.
