An intuitive teacher and healer - leading artistic and corporate writing workshops. Emotional alchemy and reiki treatments.I lead 'Soul Writing' and 'Soul Singing' workshops that I have designed and honed over the last eight years. Both workshops are designed to help discover our inner creative power, to let go of inhibitions, and discover a part of us that we previously did not know about.Soul Writing is a practice designed to help release and free your inner voice and creative spirit. At the same time, it is a healing tool that can help us process old trauma and current issues. We are able to explore our shadows and our depths, offering new horizons from which to look at life. Many people have found the Soul Writing process to be unique, refreshing and easy to access.The Soul Singing workshop is an exploration of voice. We learn how to bust through the fear of singing, to enjoy our voice, sing in unison and harmony and feel free. We break down the barriers that we have built up around singing, enjoy ourselves and make music.I have moved the writing classes online since September 2020 and continue to teach twice weekly. I run classes on Eventbrite and Zoom. I am able to provide writing classes for the corporate market as well as very reasonable prices.

Co-writing songs and music production.I am a freelance singer, musician and songwriter. I play acoustic guitar, piano and cajón. In 2007 I was awarded an artist development prize by the Arts Council and Leverhulme Trust in the UK and recorded my first E.P. at the Stables in Wavendon whilst being mentored by professional artists in the field. I self-published that E.P. through CDBaby in 2007.I have played hundreds of concerts over the last 18 years and hosted many different types of open mic nights and jam nights. I have fronted two bands and managed my own solo music business since 2002.In 2017 I self-funded, recorded and released my debut album through CDBaby and have gone on to collborate with numerous musicians across the world.I joined The Songwriting Academy (UK) in 2019 for the summer season, attending a couple of songwriting camps. Whilst there, I co-wrote a song with 'Ivor Novello' winning writer, Bill Padley, amongst others.
