Reading through it was actually pretty entertaining, because it showed how he would just plow through problems in short order that would take other engineers weeks. He's very very focused, and aware of how to attack a problem effectively. Another thing that must be said about Matt is that he's just a great teammate. He's thoughtful, respectful, and egoless. He always helped me make better decisions and offered perspectives I wasn't considering. I'll miss working with Matt, and envy you if you get to!" and "Matt is an outstanding engineer.
