Led over 70 process design sessions with inter- and intra- agency stakeholders and delivered targeted recommendations to reduce cycle times, costs and manual data capture.• Supported shared services design for major university library system, the largest and oldest in the world. Developed a comprehensive data warehouse detailing service levels and requirements for 70+ component libraries holding more than 18M volumes.• Assisted with comprehensive business process re-engineering of State's $7B workers' compensation system. Lead team in creation of over 20 business cases in support of comprehensive redesign of worker- and employer-facing systems and procedures.• Performed market analysis and environmental scan of a four-county region to assist the State university system with the design and launch of the first new flagship campus in 50 years.
