Developed a comprehensive data warehouse detailing service levels and requirements for 70+ component libraries holding more than 18M volumes.• Assisted with comprehensive business process re-engineering of State's $7B workers' compensation system. Lead team in creation of over 20 business cases in support of comprehensive redesign of worker- and employer-facing systems and procedures.• Performed market analysis and environmental scan of a four-county region to assist the State university system with the design and launch of the first new flagship campus in 50 years.
