Collaborating closely with Sydney Water stakeholders, I developed financial forecasts, defined key performance indicators (KPIs), and implemented Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems to enhance project efficiency. I also provided training on new processes to the team. On-site, I supervised contractors, ensured work was carried out according to engineered specifications, and enforced strict health and safety compliance across construction sites with over 500 workers.

Working simultaneously across TV and radio divisions, I contributed to seventeen TV programs and thrived in a high-pressure, time-sensitive broadcasting environment.
