Aspen Analytics is a small consulting shop providing perfectionist-level agile support on an hourly, project, or fixed-term basis to those who buy, sell, lend, or manage all types of commercial real estate located in the US. We perform a range of services including underwriting, pipeline management, deal advisory, site inspections, comps research, pitch books, Excel modeling, etc. Supported strategies include debt and equity for construction, value-add, bridge, mezz, stretch senior, pref, LP, CMBS and distressed.
